1. Who we are and what the site does

The site custom-center.com is publicly presented as Custom Center ("Custom Center"). It is an online catalogue in which independent sellers present automotive accessories and customised products. Custom Center is not a party to the sales contracts between buyers and sellers, unless expressly stated otherwise on a listing.

2. Use of the site

You may browse the catalogue freely. You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to compromise its security, not to scrape its content on a large scale, and not to publish false content or content that infringes others' rights.

3. Listings, prices and availability

Listing information (description, price, compatibility, photos, availability) is provided by sellers. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or up to date. Check the steering wheel's compatibility with your car and all details directly with the seller before buying.

4. Buyer–seller relationship

Contact, negotiation, payment, delivery, warranty and returns are agreed directly between buyer and seller. Your consumer rights (e.g. the statutory right of withdrawal, the legal guarantee of conformity) apply against the seller where the seller is a trader. Custom Center is not liable for sellers' failure to perform, but may suspend listings or accounts reported for abuse.

Reviews on seller profiles are submitted by visitors and moderated before publication; we do not verify whether the author purchased a product.

5. Seller accounts

Registration is by application; the account is activated only after our approval and may be refused or suspended if the data is false or the rules are breached. The seller is responsible for the accuracy of listings, the lawfulness of the products, rights over uploaded photos, and keeping the password confidential. The seller warrants they hold the rights to the photos and texts uploaded and grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display them on the site for the duration of the listing.

6. Prohibited content

Listings for counterfeit or stolen goods, misleading descriptions, and illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content are prohibited. We may remove any content that breaks the rules.

7. Reporting illegal content

If you see an illegal or misleading listing, write to autoshinesteam@gmail.com with the link and the reason. We will review the report promptly.

8. Intellectual property

The site's design, logo and own texts belong to Custom Center. Listing photos and descriptions belong to the sellers. You may not reuse content commercially without permission.

9. Liability

The site is provided "as is". We are not liable for technical interruptions, indirect losses, or the content and conduct of third parties (sellers, sites we link to). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Belgium. Consumers keep the protection afforded by the law of their country of residence. For complaints write to autoshinesteam@gmail.com; we try to resolve them amicably.
